Refund policy

We are always happy to assist you with any problem you might have. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in sturdy packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund or return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If the product is not defective and is the correct product you ordered, the return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. Refunds will only be issued for the product(s) purchased, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

In the event that a parcel is returned to our facility and the customer elects not to pay for the cost of re-shipping, a refund will be issued for the product cost only. It is important to note that no shipping expenses are refundable under these circumstances.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sometimes, we will send you a replacement product instead of asking you to ship the faulty one back to us. In that case, please try to find a local recycler to accept our defective product for further recycling.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Uncollected parcels and reshipping policy

Recipients are responsible for tracking their parcel's progress either through the provided website tracking system (ELTA) or by making inquiries via phone calls or emails to their designated post office of collection. Failure to claim a parcel within the stipulated timeframe, resulting in its return to our facility, will necessitate the payment of full reshipping fees by the customer for any redelivery requests. Original shipping costs are non-refundable should the recipient fail to collect the parcel or decide against receiving the order after dispatch.
