How to place a wholesale order

1. Explore our wholesale catalogue below to view the pricing per unit for bulk orders. The larger your order, the lower the cost per piece.

2. You have the flexibility to select any color combination. You can find our colour palette in every product gallery. Please note that different colours may have varying availability. We offer millions of color combinations—though we haven't yet tried them all!  

3. To place an order, kindly fill our the contact form under the product of your choice, or email us with your request detailing the quantities, which products you are interested in and your colour preferences. Please note that our wholesale section may not include all retail products. If you are unable to find a specific item, feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with wholesale pricing!

Please note:
- Residual prints may cause color variations. For instance, red Coca-Cola tops may have white speckles from the printed logo.
- We cannot control pattern distribution with custom colours.
- The price reflects the cost per unit for wholesale orders without VAT.
- Design and prototypes are subject to a fixed charge, which can be deducted from the final bulk order once the prototype is confirmed.
- Non-Greek registered businesses are exempt from the additional 17% VAT.
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the price.
- A commercial invoice will be provided after payment.
- For Greek businesses, an additional 24% VAT applies (17% for the Dodecanese region) with a timologio.

Our only limit is the raw material: we manufacture recycled plastic sheets no bigger than 40*40*1 cm. Hence, we only work with flat-pack design furtiture and 2.5D designs.

What are the prices for wholesale orders?

What are your standard lead times for wholesale orders?

Our typical lead times vary based on the order size, with completion usually within 2 weeks after design approval. Smaller orders may be completed within 1-3 days, while larger orders may take up to two months.

Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?

Our MOQ requires to fill three 40*40 cm sheets of plastic. For example, three tabletops would already fulfill the minimum order requirements, whereas small keychains may necessitate a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces. Please contact us for a personalised quote.

Can you provide samples before committing to an order?

Absolutely! We can create test sheets, provide photos for color verification, and even ship test products for larger orders before beginning mass production.

What is your order process for wholesale purchases?

Once designs and prices are agreed upon, we will issue an invoice. For orders below EUR 500, we request 100% pre-payment plus shipping. For larger orders, a 50% pre-payment is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon shipment.

Are there any discounts or special offers available for bulk orders or long-term partnerships?

Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders and long-term collaborations.

What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?

We accept bank wire transfers and secure card payments via Viva Wallet.

Which countries do you ship to and what are your shipping costs for wholesale orders?

We ship globally from Greece to all countries serviced by Hellenic Post. Shipping costs depend on the order size and weight, ranging from EUR 15 to 300. Faster shipping options are also available at an additional cost, which we can discuss upon request.

Do you offer any post-purchase support or warranties?

Yes, we provide refunds or replacements for defective products up to 6 months after purchase, unless intentional damage by the customer is found. Furthermore, our products are recyclable and can be handed over to your local recycling facility.

Can I request VAT reduction if I order as a business?

Yes, we can remove 17% VAT from your order if you order as a VAT registered business. If you are a business in Greece, we will issue you a timologio.
